The annual registration fee for a facility includes the cost of a site license for the registry software.
U.S. facilities will be charged an annual site license fee based on the number of physicians at the site:
- 1-5 physicians = $4,000
- 6-10 physicians= $5,400
- 11-15 physicians= $9,400
- 16-20 physicians= $10,800
